No. Every item in this catalogue is a digital file. Nothing is posted to you unless an Etsy listing states otherwise.
After your payment clears on Etsy, the files become available in your Etsy account under Purchases, and Etsy also emails you a download link.
Sometimes, but not always. App download behaviour changes over time. If a file will not open in the app, sign in to Etsy in a web browser, open Purchases and download from there. A computer is usually easiest for large PDFs.
The Halloween STEM Escape Room includes both A4 and US Letter PDFs. Other printable products are supplied as printable PDFs; check the individual Etsy listing for the exact sizes included.
Yes. A purchase covers one teacher and their own class, including printing copies for the pupils in that class.
No. Files, links and passwords may not be shared or uploaded to a shared drive. Each teacher needs their own copy, or a written licence for wider use.
Digital products generally cannot be returned once they have been downloaded. Returns are handled under Etsy policy and any consumer law that applies where you live. If a file is faulty or will not open, message us on Etsy and we will fix it.
For printables, any PDF reader and a printer. For interactive activities, an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection.

Yes. Products are written for the age ranges shown on each listing and are designed to be used with an adult nearby. The Halloween pack is deliberately non-scary.
Not all of them. The Malaysian Animals products are in Bahasa Melayu and English. The Halloween STEM Escape Room is in English. The language is stated on every product page.
No, not under the standard licence. Commercial use — including reselling, bundling or using the content in a paid service — requires a separate written licence.
